Description
Specimen consists of two slices of brain taken from the frontal and temporal lobes multiple of the
lacuna infarction are seen within the white matter.
History
This 89 year old female was found unconscious at home and was admitted with an
extensive area recent infarction at the right cerebral hemisphere. She died without regaining
consciousness.
